Job Description
As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of construction projects in accordance with federal regulations, contract requirements, and company standards. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement quality control plans, track and manage ongoing quality issues, identify potential quality trends, manage internal quality inspections, and collaborate with project teams to achieve goals and deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
Familiarity with industry quality control standards and methodologies, such as ASTM, AASHTO, ACI< AWS, AWWA and AISC
Excellent understanding of construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
Adherence to safety protocols and the ability to follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment guidelines, and company policies, are necessary for performing work safely and effectively.
