CNC Lathe Robot Operator Full-Time

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathes, robots, and related machinery

• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards

• Manage inventory levels

• Perform light G-code edits and occasional new code creation

• Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning

• Manage coolant, tool changes, and general equipment upkeep

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating CNC lathes (highly beneficial but not required)

• Familiarity with G-code (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks

Pay:

• Starting pay based on experience, certifications, and skills. Up to $20/hour or more depending on experience. $15-$16 with no experience but strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
