Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position is essential in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our production process. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

1st shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

$18.00 hour

Responsibilities

Pack products according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.

Label packages appropriately for shipping.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.

Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packed items.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Basic math skills for counting and measuring items.

Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed.
