Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are hiring a highly qualified Forklift Operator! You will be a key player in assisting the Production & Warehouse team to achieve production deadlines, and delivery times, tracking inventory, and the overall function and organization of the warehouse and production floor. Looking for immediate availability! These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions in Kent, WA.

Compensation: $25.75-$26.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 2nd or 3rd Shift, OT as needed

Location: Kent, WA

Responsibilities:

Operate forklift and other hand truck/pallet jack applications

Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure the accuracy of inventory

Maintain regular attendance and report to shift on time

Approach each day with an energetic attitude displaying a sense of urgency

Adhere to quality standards as directed by management

Engage in active review of workplace processes and give feedback to improve process performance

Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped

Be available to work overtime when needed to meet product deadlines

Inspect and identify hazards on the forklift

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required

Forklift certification preferred

Strong understanding of OSHA regulations

Successful completion of Drug Screening & Background Check
