We perform the full range of UN Series 1–8 explosives classification tests and are actively developing innovative systems such as AXUS (Avalanche eXplosive UAV System).

Safety is our top priority. All operations follow rigorous SOPs, ATF regulations, and comprehensive site-specific safety protocols. Every team member undergoes thorough initial and ongoing training to ensure the safe handling, testing, and development of energetic materials.

Collaborate in design, prototyping, and validation of novel explosive products

Analyze and document test results; support product optimization

Maintain lab and field instrumentation for calibration and operational readiness

Train others and model safe handling procedures as part of Delta-V’s safety-first culture

Contribute to development of new test equipment, procedures, and diagnostic capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field

At least 3 years of experience working with energetic materials in a test, development, or production environment

Proficient in building and troubleshooting electrical circuits and firing systems

Familiar with energetic materials safety procedures and regulatory compliance

Strong situational awareness and sound judgment in hazardous environments

Ability to pass a background check by the BATFE

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UN/DOT classification testing and performance diagnostics

Proficiency in high-speed photography, pressure sensors, and VOD measurement

Hands-on experience with UAV systems or remote deployment platforms
