About the Role

At CAE Inc., data is the foundation of our decision-making—from aviation systems to healthcare innovation and defense strategy. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Analyst to support our growing need for accurate, organized, and timely data input and validation.

In this fully remote role, you’ll handle critical datasets, ensure data integrity across platforms, and support internal teams by maintaining updated records that power insights and operations. You’ll play a key role in helping CAE maintain data accuracy that drives performance.

Responsibilities

Enter and update large volumes of data into internal databases and systems

Verify data accuracy and perform routine audits to ensure completeness

Identify and correct data entry errors before submitting reports

Maintain documentation of data entry procedures and updates

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting and operational needs

Follow data privacy and security protocols at all times

Provide administrative support related to data processing and organization

Respond promptly to data-related queries from internal stakeholders

Your Background

2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role

Proven accuracy and speed in data entry (typing speed of 50+ WPM preferred)

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM/data entry tools

Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying errors

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
