CNC Machinist

**Job Title: Machinist**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Machinist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in setup, operation, and program editing of CNC mills and lathes. This position involves working with various machines including numerically controlled vertical and turning centers, tube lathes, band saws, abrasive saws, and tie rod machines. Additional duties include cleaning, de-burring, masking, painting of cylinders, material handling, general housekeeping, and chip removal.

**Responsibilities**

+ Setup and operate numerically controlled vertical and turning centers.

+ Operate tube lathes, band saws, abrasive saws, and tie rod machines.

+ Perform cleaning, de-burring, masking, and painting of cylinders.

+ Handle materials and maintain general housekeeping duties.

+ Remove chips from machines and perform operations within the machine's capability.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 3 years experience in CNC mills and lathes setup and operation.

+ Proficiency in Mazak Integrex Machining Center operations.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Permanent position based out of Cudahy, Wisconsin.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
