Mill Operator
Job Description
As a Mill Operator, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining high-speed, robotic-assisted machinery to form and cut steel products. You will ensure quality standards are met, follow safety protocols, and support efficient production.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate high-speed equipment with robotic elements.
Form or cut steel to specified dimensions and specifications.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed.
Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Collaborate with team members and report to the Plant Manager.Essential Skills
Heavy industrial manufacturing experience
Mechanical inclination
Minimum of 1 year experience in milling
Proficiency in using a tape measure, troubleshooting, and slitter operations
Ability to read blueprintsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience operating similar equipment
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Ability to exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 lbs frequentlyWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.
