Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating various pieces of equipment to fabricate glass according to customer specifications. Your role will involve using tools such as cutting tables, polishers, water jets, workstations, and overhead cranes. You will also be involved in the unloading, crating, and loading processes of incoming materials and finished products, either by hand or using overhead cranes.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment to fabricate glass according to specifications.
Handle unloading, crating, and loading of materials and finished products.
Operate CNC machines and other production equipment.
Ensure accurate measurement using a tape measure.
Maintain safety standards by using required personal protective equipment.Essential Skills
Experience in production and equipment operation.
Proficiency in using a tape measure.
Ability to read and understand English.
Capability to lift weights of 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs occasionally.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with overhead cranes is a plus.
Ability to use hands and fingers to manipulate equipment.
Ability to reach, bend, and squat throughout the shift.

Work Environment
The role is based in a production/manufacturing environment with working hours from 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays. You will have a half-hour unpaid lunch break. The dress code includes jeans, steel toes, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and protective sleeves. The company provides personal protective equipment except for steel toes, which are supplied annually once permanently hired. The facility may be hot in summer and cold in winter, and timekeeping is managed through individual time clocks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
