**Job Title: Skilled CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team in a CNC contract manufacturing environment. Our facility produces parts for turbochargers, roll-off trucks, train brakes, and supports the oil, gas, and mining industries. Utilizing Haas, Mazak, and Okuma machines, our machinists are essential in producing high-quality bearings, pump parts, sheaves, rollers, brake system parts, and valves.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform offsets and inserts efficiently.
+ Conduct quality checks independently.
+ Understand and manipulate G&M code.
+ Operate CNC machines including lathes and mills.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of CNC machining experience with mills or lathes.
+ Proficiency in performing offsets and inserts.
+ Ability to hold tolerances to +/- .0005.
+ Competence in conducting quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
+ Understanding of G&M code.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with CMM is advantageous.
+ Ownership of a tool box to complete tool tasks.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a temperature-controlled machine shop, providing a pleasant atmosphere on the shop floor. **Shifts are flexible with options for 8-10 hour shifts from Monday to Friday, including a shift premium for second shift.**

This is a Permanent position based out of **Bluffton, Indiana.**
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr.
