The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, has a strong understanding of seasonal demand planning, and excels at working independently while collaborating across remote teams.

Support engineering teams by sourcing materials for new product development and resolving material constraints on existing products.

Oversee inbound container logistics, including tracking, documentation, and customs compliance.

Monitor commodity pricing across metals, labor, and other key materials; provide market insights to supply chain leadership.

Evaluate vendor performance, support alternate sourcing initiatives, and maintain supplier compliance.

Communicate lead time changes and inventory impacts to operations and leadership.

Conduct analytics to support cost reduction initiatives and material planning efficiency.

Collaborate with finance to validate supplier invoices and address discrepancies.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience; if degreed, would be open to less experience.

Strong experience sourcing components from Asia, managing consignment agreements, and working with ERP/MRP systems.

Proficient in demand planning, seasonality management, and dynamic safety stock strategies.

Familiarity with ISO9001 quality management systems and supplier quality oversight.

Comfortable operating in a decentralized environment where key cross-functional partners are located offsite.

Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable; able to manage multiple competing priorities.

Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.

Technically proficient in ERP platforms such as Epicor, Accumatica, Netstock, and advanced Excel (pivot tables).

High attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset.
