Location: near Tarzana
Hours: 8 am-5 pm (one hour lunch)
Pay: $50-$70 hourly DOE

Job details:
Lead and manage operational projects to meet strategic goals.
Standardize project tracking and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Create and oversee detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with departments such as engineering, legal, marketing, and business development for integrated execution.
Identify and resolve inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks in operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including vendor and partner oversight.
Support the development and management of Scopes of Work (SoWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
Oversee operational budgets, ensuring projects are delivered cost-effectively.
Train teams on tools, processes, and operational best practices.
Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in operational project management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Software requirements: Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, Google suite
Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated experience in process optimization and change management.
PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Tech industry is a plus
Pay Details: $50.00 to $70.00 per hour
