Location: St. Charles, IL

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to launch your career in a clean, modern, and supportive environment? We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers and Control Panel Wirers to join our expanding team in St. Charles, Illinois.

What You’ll Do

Read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, and wiring schematics

Assemble and wire electrical control panels with precision

Use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and power tools (drills, impact drivers, pneumatic torque wrenches)

Install pre-wired panels into control boxes

Terminate wiring and troubleshoot issues

Follow control documentation and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, or automotive repair

Comfortable using shop equipment and hand tools

Basic computer skills and math proficiency (fractions, decimals)

Ability to follow directions and work well in a team

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
