Full-Time Contract-to-Hire 2nd Shift 3:30pm-2:15am Pay: $24/hr

Set up and calibrate machines to kick off production cycles
Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines
Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
Inspect parts using precision tools like calipers and micrometers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production
Maintain accurate logs and records of production output What You Bring
6+ months of experience operating punch presses or similar machinery
Familiarity with press brake, shear, and CNC machines
Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical stamina and ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.92 - $23.92/hr.
