Job Opportunity: Dynamic Senior or Staff Accountant

We're looking for an exceptional Senior or Staff Accountant to join our team onsite if you're local—or remotely for the right candidate who resides outside of the area!
In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the CFO and have the opportunity to shape financial processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Month-End and Year-End Closing: Drive timely and accurate financial reporting cycles, ensuring all activities align with organizational expectations and GAAP compliance.
Journal Entries Preparation: Craft precise journal entries and maintain detailed, comprehensive documentation for audits and reviews.
Account Reconciliation: Analyze and reconcile key general ledger accounts, including cash, amortization, and prepaid accounts.
Daily Cash Reporting: Prepare daily cash flow reports to ensure treasury oversight and operational efficiency.
Fixed Asset Management: Maintain depreciation schedules and track fixed assets.
Financial Analysis: Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning processes to align with organizational goals.
Process Improvements: Partner with the team to identify and implement innovative accounting workflows and automation initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure all financial activities and records follow GAAP standards and internal policies.
Ad Hoc Projects and Reporting: Contribute to special projects and create meaningful, data-driven reports to support leadership decisions.

What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant accounting expertise.
Skills:
Strong proficiency with account reconciliations, general ledger management, and journal entry dedications.
Proven success in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Highly organized with a talent for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
