Job Title: Senior Accountant (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Type: Full-Time Temporary to Hire

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to support their accounting and finance team with critical reporting and analysis functions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term growth.

The pay range for this job is $37.00-$43.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making

Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger with a high degree of accuracy

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Support internal and external audits

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong proficiency in General Ledger accounting

Experience with financial reporting and variance analysis

Cost accounting experience is a plus, but not required

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay Details: $37.00 to $43.00 per hour
