Job Description
Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and organized individual to serve as the Program Coordinator for a non-profit organization supporting the Rockland, Westchester, and Hudson Valley areas of NY. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing engaging programs and services across multiple activity centers. This individual will also manage administrative functions and ensure compliance with operations regulatory requirements.
Location: Hudson Valley, NY (on-site)
Hours: 30 Hours per week -- 8:30 AM – 3 PM
Pay Rate: $23 - $26 hr.

Responsibilities may include:
Plan, organize, and deliver a variety of programs that may include educational, recreational, or social activities.
Collaborate with site managers and program councils to ensure effective coordination of events and activities.
Develop and publish a monthly activity calendar; contribute content to newsletters or other outreach materials.
Prepare and submit reports and documentation required by funding sources, including data on participation and program impact.
Serve as point of contact with oversight agencies to ensure compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
Supervise site managers and coordinate with other staff members to support logistics such as transportation and facility use.
Track and report program data and operational changes to appropriate stakeholders.
Perform additional administrative and program support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate degree or higher in related field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in program development or coordination.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
