Customer Support Associate
Coilcraft is a successful, privately-held company in Cary, IL with a worldwide reputation for high quality passive electronic components. Coilcraft operates in a wide range of industries, including telecommunication, computers, automotive, broadband communications and consumer electronics. We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers with quality concerns and will play a key role in managing and resolving inquiries through cross-functional collaboration. This position is essential in maintaining our commitment to high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact for customer quality concerns.
Create, process, and track Quality Assurance Inquiries in our internal system from submission to resolution.
Collaborate with internal departments across Coilcraft to resolve customer issues.
Draft and deliver 8D reports based on failure analysis and corrective actions from manufacturing plants.
Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credits.
Assemble and route contract review documentation.
Act as a resource for other departments and locations.
Support management with quality-related tasks as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
