Position Summary:

The Inside Sales / Analyst is responsible for order processing and related invoices for the PCR Aftermarket department. This position will also be responsible for the accurate generation of all packing lists, sales data, credit memos, backorders, and other related items involved in providing effective customer service.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED is required

At least two years of experience in a related field

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering customer e-mails and phone calls

Customer sales order and purchase order entry

Creating a broker letter, shipping notice, and packing list

Invoicing warehouse shipments

Coordinating logistics for container deliveries as well as customer returns

Processing credit memos

Customer sales data reporting

Sending customer statements

Container status reporting

Assist with sending marketing materials

Racer Support Program orders

Process credit applications for new customers

Backorder reporting

Assist in balancing customer accounts

Updating customer price sheets

Outbound emails & phone calls to proactively encourage Kenda Automotive & Specialty product sales

Perform other duties as assigned

Working Condition and Physical Requirements:

Physical demands of the position are sitting, walking, and constant viewing of the computer screen

Limited exposure to physical risk
