Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Service Operations Leader to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our service line crew. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of equipment, driving performance efficiencies at work sites, and ensuring all job-related documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safety standards are met by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.

Inspect equipment and the work area before starting jobs to ensure readiness.

Correct any deficiencies that may lead to accidents or inefficiencies.

Complete all required paperwork, such as service receipts, and submit them to management.

Train Technicians I and II on equipment operation and service line procedures.

Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as needed.

Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Provide industrial services using established techniques per regulations.

Maintain cleanliness in cleaning areas and perform maintenance checks at the start of each shift.

Direct and support the crew in completing tasks in line with client needs and company standards.

Oversee and enforce company policies, with authority to remove employees from projects if necessary.

Ensure all operations comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Manage job-related vendor interactions and documentation.

Participate in emergency response rotations, handling hazardous materials responsibly.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industries.

Willingness to travel overnight 2-4 nights per month.

Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles safely.

Willingness to comply with background check, drug testing, and physical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industrial emergency response, Hazmat clean-up, and confined space entry.

Supervisory experience in confined spaces.
