Job ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate brake machinery in accordance with established procedures and specifications.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute machine operations.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on brake machines to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine performance.Assist in training and mentoring junior operators as required.

Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machinery or a related field is a plus.Proven experience as a Brake Set up and Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.Strong knowledge of machine setup and operation, particularly brake presses.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements accurately.Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high precision in work.Good physical condition, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.Air-conditioned facility running only 1 shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Competitive pay rates and other benefits Compensation details: 18-23 Hourly Wage PI033ff9c474ca-
