Annual salary of $80,000

Health benefits, paid time off, and annual bonus (target 10% of salary)

Remote position reports directly to the Head of Operations and Owners. Computer and peripheral equipment provided.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager (“DMM”) position provides expert-level discipline and end-to-end management of digital strategies to drive discoverability, engagement, conversion, and loyalty. The DMM leads in the planning, execution, and follow-up reporting of various marketing initiatives primarily using Rinsed, the company’s CRM platform. The position is also responsible for the on-going utilization, optimization, improvement, and analysis of owned and paid media channels, ensuring accuracy, brand fit, and maximized return. Responsibilities will require frequent collaboration with Head of Operations, Owners and Rinsed professionals.

Responsibilities

CRM Planning, Development, Management and Analysis

Expert management of all communication with existing Club Members to promote engagement and loyalty.

Manage existing campaigns and develop new strategies to drive conversion of retail customers to Club Members.

Compile and analyze the results from Rinsed initiatives and provide regular reporting with clear, insightful conclusions.

Work directly with Rinsed to launch new initiatives and troubleshoot issues.

Creation and implementation of new digital marketing strategies (paid and unpaid) to reach new retail customers and sign-up new Club Members.

Use of Google, Meta and other ad platforms.

Identify, assess, and implement additional digital marketing tools to position Swift Wash to be a digital marketing leader in the car wash industry.

Website content management, analytics and optimization.

New content creation, optimal integration with Rinsed, and ongoing updates.

SEO/SEM analysis and improvement.

Oversee/grow existing social media channels (Google, Facebook), and establish new ones.

Work with onsite Team to maintain, develop and order site signage.

Work with Head of Operations on non-marketing projects to grow and improve operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of corporate, digital marketing experience.

Must have expert-level ability to work within the Google and Meta ad platforms to create effective and cost-efficient paid digital ads.

Must be fluent in Google Analytics and the ability to establish corresponding tracking measures (pixels, UTMs, etc.) to ensure a fully observable digital ecosystem.

Must be organized, process-minded and hands-on with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfortable operating in a professional, structured environment with a foundation of clearly defined written processes.

Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a service mindset and the ability to work quicky and accurately, both independently and in a team environment.

Positive, energetic personality and resilient attitude under pressure, time constraints, and changing priorities.

Direct experience working within a dedicated CRM platform (Rinsed preferred).

Ability to effectively interact with and manage outside vendors to drive results.

Intermediate skills in analyzing and interpreting raw data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and develop recommendations for future initiatives.

Intermediate skills in graphic design or art design with experience in Adobe and Canva platforms.

Strong understanding of branding, voice, and consistency across multiple platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proficient in learning and using online technology platforms.
