Over the past 25 years, ACE has delivered more than 100,000 scholarships worth over $330million.

This school year, ACE is serving approximately 14,000+ children in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of a national funding partner.

In 2023, ACE Scholarships expanded its program offerings by administrating Educational Savings Account programs for state governments.

Position Overview The Web and Digital Communications Manager is the primary technologist within the Marketing & Communications team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing ACE Scholarships' digital platforms.

This hands-on role supports internal and external communications by managing the website, intranet, webinar infrastructure, digital knowledge bases, and email campaign systems.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Events, this role is both strategic and tactical — providing digital execution support to teammates while also leading select digital infrastructure projects independently.

Primary Job Responsibilities Website & Digital Platform ManagementMaintain and update the ACE Scholarships websites (WordPress), including content uploads, layout changes, and plugin integrations.Lead development and content management for event-specific websites and microsites.Ensure mobile responsiveness, SEO alignment, and platform performance.

Webinars, Email, and Internal CommsManage webinar platform setup (e.g., Zoom), including registrations, tech checks, and recordings.Support internal communications by managing the company intranet (Office365) and posting relevant content.Build and deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp in collaboration with Communications and Development teams.

Digital Asset & Knowledge Base SystemsMaintain and optimize ACE’s ZenDesk knowledge base and Vimeo library for staff and external audiences.Upload, tag, and organize digital media and documentation for easy access.Provide basic troubleshooting and onboarding support for MarComms platforms.

Cross-Functional Support & CollaborationAct as a digital project partner for team leads across Marketing, Events, Development, and Community Outreach.Coordinate with third-party developers or tech vendors when needed.

Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesUnwavering belief in the Mission, Vision, Values and Founding Principles of ACE ScholarshipsFamiliarity with SEO, Google Analytics, digital engagement analytics, internal communication platforms, and CRM/email integrationsHTML/CSS or web editing experienceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced and mission-driven environment.

Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent working experience.4+ years of experience managing digital platforms and communications tools.Hands-on proficiency with WordPress, Zoom, Mailchimp, ZenDesk, Vimeo, and Office365.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, configure, and maintain web and email systems.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and technical skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Passion for educational freedom, school choice, and ACE’s mission.

Location, Travel, and ReportingThis is an in-office position based in Denver, CO.Reports to VP of Marketing & EventsCurrently, no direct reports.0-5% travel throughout the year FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt.
