Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Machine Operator on 2nd shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Electrode Finishing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd shift
Location: Gettysburg, PA
Pay Range: $27.59 to $28.45
What's the Job?
Package containers of electrodes and prepare proper marking stamps or labels on all containers and covers.
Inspect, weigh, and pack electrodes, ensuring the use of protective packaging.
Communicate with coworkers regarding size, heat, or type changes to maintain production efficiency.
Set up and operate the Quad Pak machine, making adjustments as necessary to meet production and quality standards.
Keep the equipment and work area clean, adhering to established quality, safety, and environmental policies.
