A global law firm is seeking a Learning and Development Assistant who will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the professional skills and knowledge of our attorneys and support staff. The successful candidate will work closely with practice group leaders to identify training needs and deliver effective learning solutions.

Salary: $60-65k + paid OT and discretionary bonus
Hybrid schedule: Onsite 3 days per week
Hours: 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs and CLE courses
Conduct training needs assessments and align programs with firm goals
Create training material and resources
Manage event logistics including coordinating, planning and scheduling
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements
Ensure compliance with CLE accreditation requirements
Provide excellent customer service to attorneys and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field
Legal internship or 1 year working in a law firm is required
Experience in HR or training and development is preferred
Ability to work well with others, in addition to working independently
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Incredibly reliable and proactive
