Job Description
Join a dynamic, regional multidisciplinary firm as Site Development Project Manager, specializing in private and municipal projects spanning small to very large footprints (11000+ acres).
What youll own:
Lead full project lifecycle: conceptual site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, roads and parking
Supervise civil engineering drawings, cost estimates, tender documents, and construction support
Integrate stormwater engineering and erosion control into site plans
Serve as primary liaison with clients, agencies, municipalities, and internal teams
Mentor junior engineers and ensure successful project delivery on-time and on-budget
What you bring:
BS or MS in Civil Engineering and active (or soon-to-be) PE in KY
815 years of consulting experience in land/site development: grading, utility servicing, hydrology
Strong Civil 3D and hydrology modeling (Storm Sewers, Hydroflow, etc.) skills
Excellent communication, detail orientation, and project leadership ability
