Job Description

Help Warehouse Team Member off-load Tanker

Help off-load liquid product into totes

i. Hook up hoses to tanker truck and off-loading pump

ii. Fill totes to pound capacity on scale

iii. Cap totes and clean off top for customer pick up staging area

iv. After off-load-clean up area

Help Warehouse Team Member pull product for re-packaging

Pull Order from existing product stock in totes or drums

i. Re-package in different package size (drum or pails)

1. Adhere labels and SDS onto package

ii. Stage product in customer/freight pick up area

Product Tracking

Containerize Product

Label Product

Pull product and raw material samples

i. From Drums

ii. From Totes

iii. From Bulk storage tanks

Prepare products for shipping

i. Store Product in appropriate location

1. Stage for Pick up

2. Stock Items in appropriate location in warehouse

ii. Intercept Non-conforming product before shipping to customer

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders

Pull materials;

i. Packing boxes

ii. Place orders in delivery area.

Maintain quality service by following organization standards.

Maintain safe and clean work environment

Mop floor in work area

Blow-out warehouse area at end of day

Fill any paper towel or soap dispensers

Maintain clean shelves, pallet area, and workstation areas

Maintain clean shipping supply area

Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Warehouse Worker Skills and Qualifications:

Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Dependability

Forklift Experience or Certification Preferred

Requirements

Must be non-smoker (working around or with flammable lubricants)

Must have Forklift certification

Must live within 20-30 minute commute of New Caney
