JOIN OUR TEAM AS A CONTENT WRITER

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for producing impactful, brand-driven content? We’re looking for an experienced Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team at Orion180. In this role, you’ll develop compelling content across multiple formats and channels to enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and drive customer engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

To thrive in this role, an individual must be able to perform the following essential responsibilities with excellence:

Create High-Impact Content: Develop, write, and edit clear, engaging materials such as blog posts, newsletters, product brochures, customer emails, and agent communications.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align messaging with strategic goals and branding standards.

Fuel SEO & Thought Leadership: Write website copy and educational articles designed to improve search visibility and position Orion180 as an industry thought leader.

Engage on Every Channel: Craft platform-specific content for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and more—blending storytelling with performance metrics.

Maintain Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and messaging across all content touchpoints.

Data-Driven Content Strategy: Leverage insights and testing to track content performance and iterate for improved outcomes.

Manage Deadlines with Ease: Handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work with minimal oversight.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

Proven ability to transform technical and regulatory content into digestible, compelling narratives.

Strong storytelling, grammar, and copywriting skills across a variety of formats and audiences.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

Knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization.

A self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.

Comfortable managing projects independently in a deadline-driven environment.

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs).
