Position –Laborer - Food Manufacturing

Job Location –Whitehall, WI

Starting Date –Immediate

Employment Term –Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type –Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) –3rd Shift (10pm-6am Sun-Thurs)

Starting Pay –$22/Hour

Required Education –High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience –Previous food manufacturing is desired

This role involves operating machinery, following safety and quality protocols, and supporting daily production needs across multiple shifts. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to join a stable, team-focused work environment. You will be working in an incredibly hot environment with strong smells year round.

Responsibilities

- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all plant safety rules

- Meet product quality standards based on established guidelines

- Report safety, quality, and maintenance concerns as needed

- Support the team through cross-training and daily operational tasks

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus

- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods

- Be committed to working 40 hours per week, mandatory

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Be able to adapt to working in hot temperatures with strong smells

- Basic mechanical aptitude or ability to learn machine operations
