Become the hero when equipment sends out a distress call.
Craft and document proactive maintenance (PM) plans.
Orchestrate PM software launches and ongoing stewardship.
Oversee our vast spare parts treasury.
Compile the ultimate list of critical spare parts by machine type.
Analyze, adapt, and augment equipment to drive performance forward.
Champion root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives, ensuring robust corrective actions.
Elevate maintenance strategies through thorough audits.
Drive equipment enhancement from concept through execution.
Partner in training sessions promoting safe equipment operation.
Embrace safety standards, ensuring a tidy workspace.
Forge strong ties with each team member.
Embrace flexibility: unexpected tasks will arise. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Physics, or Manufacturing—newbies welcome!
SolidWorks wizard is non-negotiable.
Skilled with both hand tools and manual machinery.
Microsoft Suite champion.
Detail-driven project manager and organizer.

Work Environment –
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines
