About the Role:
The Warehouse Associate II plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our non-durable goods manufacturing facility in Atlanta, GA. This position is responsible for ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe, organized, and timely manner, contributing to the overall productivity of the supply chain. The Warehouse Associate II will handle the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that products are prepared for shipment according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols, as associates will be working with various materials and equipment. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
Experience with inventory management systems or software.

Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.
Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to company guidelines.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
