About the Role

At CAE Inc., we believe that compelling visual storytelling has the power to inform, inspire, and move people to action. We’re searching for a Remote Videographer who can bring ideas to life through the lens—capturing our global mission in training, technology, and transformation.

Whether it’s filming training modules, capturing corporate events, or crafting promotional pieces, your creativity will help connect CAE with audiences across aviation, healthcare, defense, and beyond.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—from marketers and educators to engineers and designers—to plan, shoot, and edit engaging content that reflects the CAE brand.

Responsibilities

Film interviews, presentations, training footage, and more (remote and on-site support may vary)

Execute post-production tasks including editing, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics

Collaborate with internal teams on storyboarding, scripting, and project timelines

Maintain production equipment and software workflows (remotely managed)

Ensure brand consistency across all video content

Contribute to a growing library of multimedia assets

Stay informed on emerging trends in videography and visual storytelling

Your Background

3+ years of professional videography and post-production experience

A polished demo reel/portfolio demonstrating diverse video work

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) or similar platforms

Skilled in shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and managing sound and lighting setups

Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely

Experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

Creative eye and strong storytelling instincts

Familiarity with remote communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
