Field Supervisor - Low Voltage Data Cabling

Are you an experienced leader in structured cabling or construction ready to take the next step in your career? Weâ re hiring Field Supervisors to support a major new construction project in Abilene, TX.

This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and long-term project potential.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day field operations on a large-scale data center construction site

Manage and schedule team assignments for structured cabling installations

Oversee the quality and safety compliance of all field activities

Coordinate with project managers and trades to ensure project timelines are met

Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians and team leads

Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain productivity and standards

Maintain accurate reporting and communication with leadership

Requirements:

3â 6 years of experience in structured cabling or related construction industries

Minimum 3 years of supervisory and/or training experience

Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments

Familiarity with data center infrastructure standards for safety, quality, and technology

Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced construction environment

Reliable and professional demeanor with a commitment to job site excellence

Schedule:

Monday â Saturday

2 positions available for Day Shift

2 positions available for Night Shift

Pay Rate:

$37 â $40/hour (based on experience)
