Project Coordinator - Low Voltage Data Cabling

Are you an experienced coordinator with a strong background in construction logistics and project support? Weâ re hiring a Project Coordinator to support a major Hyperscale build in Abilene, TX.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate logistics, purchasing, and invoicing tasks related to construction operations

Provide administrative oversight of field personnel scheduling and labor requirements

Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer with deliverables and overall project management needs

Track documentation and project timelines, ensuring communication between field and office staff

Assist in maintaining project schedules and managing task completion deadlines

Work closely with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow continuity

Requirements:

1â 2 years of experience working in the construction industry as a project coordinator

3â 5 years of scheduling experience preferred

Experience with all facets of coordination including logistics, invoicing, and purchasing

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

Schedule:

Monday â Friday, some Saturdays

8:00 AM â 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

$30 â $40/hour (based on experience)

Per Diem and Housing provided for qualified candidates
