Senior Project Manager - Low Voltage Data Cabling

Are you a seasoned construction leader with experience managing complex infrastructure projects? Weâ re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a major new construction build of multiple data centers in Abilene, TX.

This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent compensation and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the construction and delivery of large-scale data center projects

Direct and manage project teams including 2 reporting Project Managers and 50â 100+ technicians on site

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards

Manage and coordinate structured cabling and integrated systems installation

Oversee multiple contractual project types including GMP, lump sum, design-build, and more

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional leadership teams

Lead scheduling, procurement, budget forecasting, risk management, and reporting activities

Requirements:

Minimum 7â 10 years of experience managing structured cabling and integrated systems projects

Proven track record overseeing large-scale, multi-million-dollar construction projects

Experience managing critical infrastructure data center projects highly preferred

Skilled in managing teams of 50â 100+ field technicians and supervisory staff

Familiar with various contract types including lump sum, cost plus/GMP, unit price, and design-build

Product knowledge of industry-leading cabling and systems manufacturers

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Schedule:

Monday â Saturday

Pay Rate:

$130,000 â $150,000 annually (based on experience)
