Job Title: Part-Time Service Shuttle Driver

Job Description:

Mercedes-Benz of Rochester is seeking a courteous, responsible, and professional Part-Time Service Shuttle Driver to transport customers to and from the dealership in a safe and timely manner. This role also includes light housekeeping duties to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for retirees who are looking for flexible, low-stress work in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport customers to/from the dealership using the dealership-provided shuttle vehicle

Provide a pleasant and professional customer experience during each ride

Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and well-maintained

Perform light housekeeping duties in the customer lounge and service areas (e.g., wiping down surfaces, restocking coffee/snack stations, tidying up common areas)

Assist with light dealership tasks such as vehicle movement or errands as needed

Report any maintenance or safety issues with the shuttle vehicle

Follow all traffic laws and dealership driving policies

Qualifications:

Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor

Dependable and detail-oriented

Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule (morning/afternoon shifts)

Preferred:

Prior experience in a customer service, janitorial, or driving role
