As a Licensed Land Surveyor - Survey/SUE Project Manager, you'll lead surveying operations, mentor technical staff, and drive project success while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor surveying teams and technicians

Coordinate with engineering, right-of-way, and utility coordination personnel

Determine project scope, objectives, and resource allocation

Research and analyze survey evidence, maps, deeds, and historical records

Prepare comprehensive survey proposals and documentation

Represent the organization in client meetings and technical conferences

Develop and implement surveying methods and procedures

Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local surveying regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Professional Registered Land Surveyor license (Required)

12+ years of progressive surveying experience

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Knowledge of surveying regulations and standards

Experience with subsurface utility engineering (SUE)

Proficiency in surveying software and equipment

Leadership and project management capabilities
