LightFeather is seeking an accomplished ServiceNow Master Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations within the Department of State’s Data Analytics and Development (ADD) program. This role requires deep architectural expertise, hands-on platform experience, and the ability to align ServiceNow solutions with federal security and operational frameworks.
You will drive the deployment of advanced modules, custom applications, AI integrations, and Windows Server enhancements to support evolving mission needs across multiple DOS components.

Architect and deploy ServiceNow solutions across modules: ITSM, ITOM, HR, GRC, Vault, SPM, Automation Engine, CMDB, and more.
Build custom applications and develop AI-powered ServiceNow integrations.
Oversee integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware platforms.
Lead technical workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.
Manage Windows Server environments in conjunction with ServiceNow needs.
Ensure federal compliance (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
Mentor junior team members and enforce architectural best practices.Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
Master Architect certification (or equivalent) with strong module diversity.
Familiarity with AI integrations and federal compliance frameworks.
Experience with Windows Server administration.Preferred:
Additional certifications in ITSM, HR, ITOM, GRC.
