Role: Sales Operations Analyst

What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day rebate operations, including calculations and payment processing in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Maintain and update the rebates database in Salesforce, including entry of new agreements, amendments, and changes in terms.
Provide support to Sales leadership with standardized reporting and data analysis.
Identify and assist with process improvement initiatives related to rebate workflows.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and contribute to special projects supporting business growth.
Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely rebate payouts.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Contracts.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of analytical experience, preferably in Sales Operations, Finance, Contracts, or related functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with large datasets.
Experience with Salesforce; knowledge of database management and rebate tracking is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau (preferred).
