Our client, a growing and respected architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a passionateArchitectto bring creative vision and technical excellence to their collaborative team. What You'll Do:

Lead with purpose—protecting public health, safety, and welfare through design excellence and adherence to practice laws.

Shape spaces—develop innovative design concepts using CAD software, 3D modeling, and hand sketching.

Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, needs, and constraints, ensuring budget and schedule alignment.

Guide project execution—oversee architectural staff throughout all project phases, from concept through construction.

Coordinate across disciplines—work closely with internal engineers and outside consultants to deliver cohesive, high-quality results.

Drive quality—support bidding, construction contract administration, submittal reviews, RFIs, and site observations.

Ensure compliance—coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction and manage permitting and code review submissions.

What You'll Bring:

AFirst Professional Degree in Architecture(or equivalent approved by a state architectural board).

Architectural registration(WV preferred; minimum of home state required). NCARB Certification preferred—or willingness to pursue.

3+ yearsof experience as a registered architect (preferred).

Strong design skills with proficiency inAutodesk productsand other design software.

The ability to communicate ideas clearly—visually, verbally, and in writing.

A collaborative spirit, sharp organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
