Job Description

Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Soliant is working with an educational munity in Camarillo, CA that is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the school year.

Details below:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Caseload numbers are very manageable--30 students

Itinerant; co-ordinators will help develop a schedule to ease contractor mutes

Day-to-day duties include:

Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language development; diagnosing students with speech/language impediments

Developing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in consultation with district SLPs

Providing speech-language therapy, documenting student progress, and pleting paperwork pertinent to the provision of services, or to Medicaid billing

Participating in IEP meetings, and municating speech and language goals to student care-givers

Additional details relating to the caseload, and building assignments, will be discussed during an interview with the administrators.
