ERP/CRM Developer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This position requires a skilled individual who can work with SunSystems and has a strong background in data integration and development. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ERP and CRM technologies, along with a deep understanding of related tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions within SunSystems to support business needs.

• Integrate Coupa Pay functionality into existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

• Create and maintain APIs to enhance system interoperability and data sharing.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Implement and manage configurations for ERP and CRM systems to optimize performance.

• Test and validate software changes, including conducting A/B testing for new features.

• Utilize cloud technologies to improve scalability and efficiency of enterprise solutions.

• Document business processes and technical workflows to support ongoing system improvements.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP and CRM-related issues.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business and technical objectives.• Proven experience with SunSystems development and integration.

• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM technologies and processes.

• Proficiency in API development and client-side scripting.

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and configuration management.

• Ability to create and interpret business requirement documents.

• Experience with A/B testing and validating software changes.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
