Controller

Job Description

We are seeking a Controller to become an integral part of our dynamic team! You will manage the company’s financial records and accounts, providing accurate and timely reporting to the owner.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting, including billing, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, and revenue recognition

Monitor cash and funding balances to ensure financial health

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and accounts in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Manage Human Resource processes and compliance

Perform additional controller duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience in Sage 100 accounting software a plus

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, cost accounting, and GAAP

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyCompany Description
