Aeroflow Health – Inventory Operations Specialist - Aeroflow Commerce Warehouse
Location: 6 Commerce Way, Arden, NC 28704

The Opportunity
Within Aeroflow, Inventory team is comprised of 12 associates.
Inventory team plays a vital role in maintaining accuracy, flow, and availability of materials across the entire fulfillment process.
Our immediate customer is the fulfillment and clinical teams who rely on us to supply the right materials at the right time to support patient orders.
Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking Inventory Support Specialist (2nd shift)
Picking & Material Turnover
Perform all pick tasks using zone packets, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and timely execution.
Stage carts with correct job ticket holders and matching color-coded cones in alignment with fulfillment protocols.
Complete end-of-day material turnover to replenish and restock WIP to prepare for next-day production.
Communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the Warehouse Coordinator promptly.
Restocking & Organization
Return excess, unused, or misallocated materials to their proper bin locations with clear documentation.
Refill WIP shelves and backstock to maintain material readiness.
Maintain clean, organized zones and staging areas throughout the shift.
Cycle Counting & Inventory Accuracy
Conduct assigned cycle counts using standardized count sheets and procedures.
Identify and investigate variances between physical and system quantities.
Collaborate with Inventory Support and leadership to resolve discrepancies and support data integrity.
Deliveries and Shipments
Accept and stage express or urgent deliveries that arrive after regular receiving hours.
Label and document materials clearly for next-day receiving and follow-up.
Escalate any time-sensitive materials to the designated Inventory Supervisor contact.
Support end-of-day outbound pickup by meeting scheduled carriers.
Warehouse Close & Security
Conduct a full warehouse walkthrough at the end of each shift to ensure all doors are secured, equipment is powered down, tools are secured, and staging, shelving, and bin areas are in proper order.
Report any unusual activity or safety concerns immediately.
Equipment Operation
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance
Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality

Skills for Success
EG: maintaining long term client relationships
Ability to provide high quality service to clients
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment
Ability to operate forklift
Basic Computer skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
