Leasing Consultant-USC

Job Description

Seeking a new role this summer? Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants for properties near the USC campus.

Compensation

$19.00-$21.00 per hour/40 hours per week

Earn $100 per new lease and $50 per renewal.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.

Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.

Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.

Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills.

Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills.

Student housing experience a plus

Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.

Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.

Proficient with Yardi Voyager is a plus

One weekend days required.
