Local office is adding to their customer service team. The job has a wide variety of tasks and the ability to multi-task is essential. Customer service in an office setting or call center experience of at least 18 months+. Order desk is preferred. Knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word. Touch typing at 35wpm and above.
Inbound phone calls
Orders and quotes processing & follow-up
Shipment tracking and updating
Outbound follow-up calls to customers
Scan, file, copy, and data entry
Proficient using spreadsheets
M-F 8a-5p with 1 hour overtime on Wednesday mornings (7am start Wednesdays).
$19.25/hr to start, up to $20 once hired w/benefits. Company is in growth-mode!
