Position Summary: (General Purpose) To provide administrative support for the Human Resources Section including Payroll, manpower, time and attendance and general office support.
Qualifications: (Basic Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Must be proficient in the use of computers including Microsoft Office
· Ability to communicate well with all levels of associates.
· Strong project management skills needed.
· Prefer three years’ manufacturing experience at TSTI.
Primary Position Responsibilities:
· Administer Payroll & eTime Tracking & Maintenance including Timecard discrepancies.
· Reimbursements, Adjustments & Pay Rate Changes
· Enter Termed Associate into ADP
· Track Miss Punches
· Morning / Nightly logging Associate Call offs / EPTO’s
· Book Fair
· Answering Outside Calls
· Maintain badge access.
· Filing HR Forms
· Posting on Yodeck
· Tracking HR Budget
· Locker Administration
· Uniforms administration
· HR counter / front desk coverage
· HR Clerical Support
· Quick Responses
· Parking Pass
· Schedule Interviews
· Interpret/Communicate TSTI’s Policies and Procedures
· HR Projects as required.
