Warehouse Associate – Garner, NC

Contract-to-Hire $18/hr - $19.00/Hr Full-Time 1st Shift

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Order selecting, picking, processing, and packing

• Sorting and storing goods within warehouse inventory

• Cycle counting and tracking inventory movement

• Operating forklifts, reach trucks, and riding pallet jacks

• Accurate data entry and inventory updates using Word and Excel

• Communicating clearly—both verbally and in writing

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse/material handling role

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Forklift, reach truck, and riding pallet jack operation

• Strong math, counting, and accuracy skills

• Solid communication skills (oral and written)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable with a proven work history

Preferred Qualifications

12+ months of order picking and equipment operation experience

Experience using sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
