Staff Up is looking for a Clean Room Operator for a Durable Medical Equipment company located in Austin, TX 78758

Pay: $20.00/HR

Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:30PM

Job Overview:

As a Clean Room Operator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating clean room equipment, following strict protocols and quality standards, and contributing to the production of high-quality medical devices,

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the sterilization of medical devices using validated methods.

Maintain accurate sterilization records and logs.

Performs various tasks which may include but is not limited to; generating and affixing labels, cleaning/dusting products, boxing and packaging, sterilizing product, using heat sealing machines and materials, lifting and fitting

Essential Requirements:

Must possess the knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

Must be able to lift 35 lbs.

Must be able to stand long periods of time.

Must be able to bend, twist and lift overhead.

Must be able to pack & unpack boxes.

Must possess professional ethics and demeanor.

Must demonstrate excellent customer service.

Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).

Must be able to communicate in English clearly and fluently, in both written and verbal skill

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or vocational training in a related field.

Prior experience working in a clean room environment, preferably in a medical device manufacturing setting.
