Summary of Position: The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for directing and overseeing the shipping, receiving and distribution of supplies, equipment and other stock items. On-call rotation is possible.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Prior warehouse experience and management experience preferred
Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

Physical: Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle and feel; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to talk or hear and see. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Regularly lift and/or move up to 75lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 150lbs. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishes operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping warehouse inventory current.
Establishes minimum and maximum inventory levels based on sales/usage.
Coordinates equipment and deliveries for Driver/Patient Service Technicians.
Schedules routes and coordinates add-on orders for daily runs.
Assist Branch Manager and/or Office Manager with purchasing and inventory control.
Manage warehouse personnel by providing direction and guidance in work assignments and projects.
Trains warehouse and distribution personnel.
Receives equipment, products and supplies and completes receiving documents.
Stocks shelves, racks or bins with appropriate equipment products and supplies.
Ensures all equipment is cleaned and checked/serviced according to company guidelines and manufacturer’s specifications.
Maintain all logs accurately and according to company policies and procedures.
Assist in the control of fleet expenses and ensure that monthly maintenance and repairs are performed.
Perform an audit of all fuel bills with Branch Manager and/or Office Manager.
May drive truck to deliver equipment as needed and will comply with the Driver Safety Policy.
Keep warehouse and loading dock clean and orderly following JCAHO requirements.
